Day Three!

Up at 7.30am
Not a great nights sleep, the dog kept moving about (you can hear his collar clink when he walks about in the bedroom) and I had some weird and somewhat disturbed dreams, so woke up the very opposite of refreshed today.
Still onwards and upwards.

10.00am (ish...forgot to make a note of the time) - Natural yoghurt, a small chopped apple, a few sultanas, oats, cinnamon and a little honey.

2.00pm - A small bowl of beef stew left over from yesterday's dinner with a crust of 'best of both' bread with some butter.

6.00pm - A fruit and grain breakfast bar (from Asda, been in the cupboard for ages and went to Italy and back with us...it was rather squashed, but filled a gap whilst waiting for dinner to cook).

8.00pm - Pork steaks with oven baked new potatoes (with a little rapeseed oil and garlic & herb seasoning) plus some cherry tomatoes, green pepper and mushrooms, also baked in the oven.

Not to bad today foodwise and I have stayed within my allotted calories according to the Tesco Health and Wellbeing website (where I am back to recording my food intake).
Not much to speak of in the exercise front, walked dog basically.
Still on the plus side I did manage to complete half a years worth of accounts (FINALLY!) so with any luck the end of tomorrow will see me with that all done and dusted (unlike my house, which probably could do with a dust...but hey, as long as no one writes in the dust it's ok...right? ;-) )
