Up at 8.30am (a bit of a lie in as it is the weekend and I
had a slightly later night last night)
9.00am – Natural yoghurt, chopped banana, a tablespoon each
of oats and mixed seeds with a teaspoon of honey drizzled on top.
1.15pm – Onion, 2 rashers of bacon, a large mushroom, kale
and a few chopped olives all lightly fried in a bit of olive oil, then two eggs
added. If I hadn’t been in such a hurry to get out in the garden I might have
put them under the grill and allowed them to cook and look all lovely, but I
was in a hurry so mixed them in to make a sort of scrambled eggs plus.
9.00pm – (later than I would have liked but I lost track of
time)
Small chicken breast, butternut squash and onion coated in
some olive oil and garlic (all oven baked) with curly kale (lightly fried in a little
olive oil), with a little avocado on top.
I am going to have another mug of the hot chocolate tonight,
made with full milk as before.
(I am going to try and include photos sometimes of what I am eating, I have added some to Day One and Two if you want to go back and look at them.)
