Day Two (again)

Ok, first a confession. Yesterday had been quite good food wise, until that is Paul and I finally sat down together to watch a bit of telly...and, well I gave in to temptation and opened the large packet of Cool Dorritos that we bought to eat at the weekend and didn't get round to. So yes, I ate half a bag of those...not cool and of course it put me over my daily calorie allowance (by a lot). Oh well, no point crying over munched Dorritos...today is a new day, let's see how I do.

Up at 7.30am

Ate a small apple

I had a dentist appointment this morning, so we were out of the house by 8.30am (Bruce and Marcia fancied a trip to the shop so gave me a lift).
After my dentist appointment (check up and one small filling to replace another bit of lost tooth...I swear I am falling apart!) I popped into Morrison's and successfully managed to avoid buying any naughty food, instead I bought a reduced price red lily plant for my garden (£1...bargain!) and one onion (as one of the ones at home that I was planning to use this week had gone bad inside). I was pleased with myself because I would normally end up coming home with some sort of cake etc after a trip to the supermarket.

12.00pm - Natural yoghurt, mixed berries, oats

3.30pm - A boiled egg and a slice of half and half bread with a little butter.
Natural yoghurt, dark cherries, oats and a drizzle of honey

2 x hobnobs 

8.00pm - Beef stew (beef, carrots, onions, mushrooms, garlic puree and homemade tomato sauce) with brown basmati rice

Right, so not bad today...and I am determined not to succumb to any more food tonight, just drink some more water.
