Day Four of the Re-boot

A good night's sleep last night, only woke up for a toilet trip once (drank 1.25 litres of water yesterday).
Up at 8.10am (after doing my back exercises)

No steps again, as calves are still aching. Hopefully back at it tomorrow, but I might put the balance board on the floor so there is less height, it might make all the difference. We will see eh.

11.00am - Natural yoghurt, 3 tiny peaches (which were about the same size as a regular peach) chopped up and a few raspberries (all from my garden) and 2 tablespoons of oats.

2.30pm - Tomato, avocado, beetroot, Feta cheese, olives, onion, garlic salt and one tablespoon of mixed seeds sprinkled on.

4.30pm - Small handful of nuts

5.00pm - 2 squares of 85% dark chocolate

7.45pm - Some oven baked sesame seed coated chicken fillets (the chicken was coated in a bit of egg and soya sauce, then coated with sesame seeds with a little Chinese five spice). Skin on potato wedges and mushrooms cooked in the oven with a little butter and garlic puree.

One fig roll for afters (Paul bought them home and ate the rest! :-o )

The idea of using sesame seeds on the chicken instead of breadcrumbs worked out well (and means there is no gluten involved), however when I checked the calories on the side of the packet of sesame seeds it was rather high. Next time I do it I will use less, maybe just dip them in the egg/soya sauce mix and put on the baking tray, then sprinkle some seeds on top. That way there will still be a crunchy coating, but less calories.
First weigh day of the re-boot tomorrow, I wonder what the results will be.
