Day Three of the re-boot

Up at 8am
Not so many trips to the toilet over night, even though I drank 1.5 litres again yesterday...perhaps my body is getting used to it?

I didn't do my steps today as when I woke up my calves were really aching, so felt it best not to over do it but let them recover for a day and get back to it tomorrow.

8.40am - Yoghurt, banana, a few raspberries and 2 tablespoons of oats.

Went to a garden centre with the in-laws and came back with 4 cyclamens, 4 primroses, a new brush for the dog and another fish for the pond (similar colouring to one that Paul picked which mysteriously disappeared a day after we got it...never did work out where it went or what 'got it'.

Came back and went straight out  to the poly tunnel. Dug up and moved some plants around so that I could plant the new ones in suitable places. Did some dead heading and general tidying up and before I knew it the time was well past lunchtime.

3.00pm - A Feta cheese and tomato sandwich on 50/50 bread with a thin spreading of butter on on side and some pickle on the other.
A small apple from the garden and a few nuts.

4.30pm - Two squares of 85% dark chocolate.

Then Paul came home and things went a bit wrong. It wasn't his fault for offering to go to the chip shop....after all I could have said no, but that would have been more likely had I actually planned what we were going to have for dinner...which I hadn't.

6.30pm - A Spam fritter and half a portion of chips with two small pickled onions, a bit of ketchup and a bit of salad cream on the side.
A small (the size of a scone) cream Victoria sponge cake. (I hadn't realised he was going to get these and again I could have said no...even kept mine for tomorrow, but I didn't).

He did also bring me a small bottle of Pepsi Max back with him, but I didn't have it. It is in the fridge in case I fancy something a little bit naughty another day.

So that was today, sorry there are no photos to accompany it...maybe tomorrow eh ;-)
