11.00am - Natural yoghurt, a small pear chopped up, some raspberries and 2 tblsp of oats
Spent the rest of the morning and part of the afternoon trimming the hedge in our part of the garden.
Quite heavy work in places as it had got rather out of hand, but pleased with the results (if not the scratches on my arms). The cuttings were ably clear up and wheel barrowed away by Paul.

I haven't done any steps or other formal exercise today, but I bet I will be feeling bracing myself on the ladder etc tomorrow.
Did a bit of tidying in the poly tunnel afterwards.
3.45pm - Tomato, avocado, beetroot and Feta cheese
Jaffa cake roll for afters
7.30pm - Tin of pea and mint soup with a slice of 50/50 crust and some butter
A cream finger doughnut
A bit later in the evening I had...
A small bag of fudge cubes
50g (three quarters of a big packet) of Onion and Balsamic Vinegar crisps
One third of a small bottle of Pepsi Max



Who needs formal exercise when you have all that gardening to do??? I think you are doing fab, and I too love spam!!!!
