Weighed and sadly this week I have put 1lb back on, I wasn't too surprised as I haven't done daily exercise this week and have snacked in between meals.
Went to my cleaning job at 9am and did three hours of dusting, polishing and hoovering.
1.15pm - A 50/50 bread sandwich with one slice of ham, one slice of mature cheddar and a spread of mayonnaise and pickle.
3.30pm - A raspberry ruffle bar
6.15pm - A battered spam fritter and a small portion of chips with a little mayonnaise and ketchup on the side.
A quarter of a cream and jam Victoria sandwich cake.
Later (approx 9pm I think)...
Half an individual lemon cheesecake (home made, as I had made a large one for mother-in-law and had some mixture left over), Paul had the other half.
A small packet of Lamb and Mint crisps.
OMB! All this talk of battered spam fritters is making me HUNGRY!!!
