First weigh in of the re-boot

Not a great nights sleep, the dog woke me up to go out three times during the night. The last time was at 4.30am and when I went back to bed I realised that I wouldn't be able to go back to sleep (too awake and Paul was snoring). So I got up and played a game on the computer, then when Paul got up for work at 7am I went back to bed for doggy snuggles for a while.
Fell asleep, turned the alarm off when it tried to wake me up.
Finally up for good at 10am.

It was the first weigh in day of the re-boot and I have lost 3¼ lbs since last Friday...I was happy with that. :-)

It was a strange day. I found out that the van's engine is beyond repair and therefore it will need a new (re-conditioned) one. Sort of drifted through today and really didn't do anything much to speak of, which is not good considering how much I need to get done for the weeks coming up.
I didn't do any exercise today (apart from my back exercises/stretches).

Forgot to eat breakfast and didn't really feel hungry until the afternoon.
2.45pm - Natural yoghurt, 2 little peaches and some raspberries from the garden and 2 tablespoons of oats.

4pm - A handful of nuts

It is Friday, and weigh day so I went a bit off regime for dinner tonight...

7pm - A spam fritter (again, so wrong but so tasty) and half a portion of chips with some tomato sauce (for the fritter) and some salad cream (for the chips).
A cream finger doughnut for afters.
Third of a small bottle of Pepsi Max to drink.

Not done very well on water intake today, so will have to step that back up tomorrow as well as the exercising.
