Sunday and a 'back to it' Monday

Sunday

Up at 11.14am! Outrageous time to get up, but I was up until about 4am on Saturday (playing on the computer...yep, I know...sad) so it isn't quite as bad as it seems.

1pm - Lemon and thyme roast potatoes, chicken breast in white wine and mushroom sauce. I was supposed to have kale with this, but I tried it in the microwave and managed to make it come out like paper...so we gave it to the compost heap (though not sure that will even accept it...lol).
1 x fig roll for afters

Two glasses of Pepsi Max during the afternoon

6.15pm - A raspberry ruffle (all gone now)
8.30pm - Handful of nuts, two digestives and a Baby Bel

9.45pm - Yes, too late for eating really but Paul was in the bath longer than expected and I wanted to eat with him...so what can you do...lol
2 x 50/50 slices of toast with tuna mix (tuna, onion and mayonnaise)

A small portion of mixed berry trifle

So yes, Sunday was a bit better than Saturday (that day which you did not see!) but too much snacking. I need to try and stick to three meals a day, and drink more water.

Monday

Up at 9am (I had all the best intentions, don't I always, of an early morning...but when the alarm went off I turned over again...et voila!)

12.30pm - Yoghurt, half a banana, some raspberries and oats

3.00pm - Avocado, tomato, onion, one slice of mature cheddar, one slice of lean ham and a sprinkle of mixed seeds.
A handful of nuts for afters

7.00pm - Two and a half venison and red wine sausages (yummy!), one and a half small baked potatoes and some healthy living baked beans.

I have almost managed to drink my two litres of water today, first time since the re-boot! :-)
A much better day foodwise...though I did mean to do some steps today, but didn't get round to it (along with various other things I was supposed to do). Oh well, there is always tomorrow...right ;-)
