I woke up this morning ready to get going despite a fairly broken nights sleep, due to the 1.5litres of water I drank yesterday getting me up a few times during the night. but with somewhat aching calves, shows how unfit I am if half an hour of steps yesterday did that.
Welcomed by the Wii Fit with the expected greeting...

Did my 30mins of steps...which was a total of 2414 steps.
Quick wash and then brekkie...9.30am - Natural yoghurt, a banana, a few blueberries and 2 tablespoons of oats
4.20pm - Tomatoes, avocado, beetroot, Feta cheese, a few olives, finely chopped onions... sprinkled with a tablespoon of mixed seeds and seasoned with a bit of garlic salt.
Ate a cherry tomato whilst doing some work in the polytunnel.
Finished some bookmarks for a customer and packed them and the other items up ready to send tomorrow.
6.40pm - Curly kale (lightly fried with a little olive oil), rice with mushrooms, peppers, sweetcorn and peas and a tin of tuna mixed with a tablespoon of mayonnaise.

Then a slice of rhubarb and ginger cake for afters (no icing).
