Tues 18th and Weds 19th Oct - Catch Up

Tuesday
Up at 8.00am
Went to the shops with the in-laws.
11.30am - Yoghurt, banana and oats

2.30pm - Small bag of ready salted crisps and a bowl of chopped tomato, avocado, beetroot, feta cheese, onion and mixed seeds.

5.00pm - A few nuts and a little bit of crystallized ginger. Not sure why the ginger, it was a bit hot...but I saw it in the cupboard and thought what the heck. Rock 'n' Roll eh. ;-)

6.30pm - A few nuts and a digestive biscuits

8.30pm - Butter chicken curry and wholemeal rice

Wednesday
Up at 8.00am
Did 15 minutes of steps (lower level than before) and 15 mins of brisk walking with the dog

11.30am - Yoghurt, banana, some raspberries and oats

2.45pm - Avocado, tomato, beetroot, onion, green pepper, one slice of mature cheddar, one slice of lean ham with some mixed seeds sprinkled on top.

Made a load of marzipan severed fingers.



8.45pm - Tin of pea and mint soup
Fresh cream toffee meringue for afters

10pm - A small packet of ready salted crisps
