Yes, it is weigh day today and I hit my first one stone loss goal! Yes, I managed to lose 2lb this week which I am both amazed (because I wasn't sticking to the plan all week, but I did exercise part of it so I guess that helped) and very pleased about. However as I have my birthday at the weekend I will be eating what I want with no record keeping, especially on the actual day, so I know that come Monday I need to get back on track in order to not slip backwards for next weeks weigh in.
I was up at 7.30am to weigh, but confess to going back to bed for a celebratory snooze...lol
Up again at 9pm
32 minutes on the Wii fit - 4 x basic steps (2 x perfect today!) and 20 mins free steps (1848 steps)
Dip in the bath then...
10.20am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, some mushrooms and 4 x cherry tomatoes.
3.00pm - Toasted ham sandwich with a little mayo, Wensleydale cheese and onions.
8.30pm - Butter chicken (curry) with mushroom rice and a Peshwari Naan.
10.00pm - Cream doughnut and a little pack of prawn cocktail crisps.
