Up at 8.15am
32 mins on the Wii fit - 4 x basic steps (1 perfect!) and 20mins free steps (1891)
10.00am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and 4 x cherry tomatoes
Did some website work.
3.30pm - Lunch - Some leftover chicken breast, onion, pepper and cherry tomatoes
Potted some new plants and planted some others and some bulbs in the garden.
8.15pm - Supper - 2 thin bacon steaks, oven baked veg (pepper, onions, cherry tomatoes, courgettes and mushrooms) and some root veg mash (swede, parsnip and carrot).
I did other stuff during the day, necessary boring housework type stuff and other things...but do you know I can't say that it is anything interesting enough to mention...so I won't ;-)
Weigh day tomorrow, not too confident but just hope I haven't put on any weight.
