Up at 9.00am, checked e-mails and generally caught my breathe after a busy week.
I have opted to have a weekend without keeping a check on what I eat...after all the wedding reception we are going to tonight will make keeping a record a bit tricky, and we have Harry's christening tomorrow too.
Normal updates and record keeping will resume on Monday, when hopefully I will be able to drag myself back on track and get to the one stone weight loss mark by Friday!
So I will say goodbye for today, though I might update later to say how the wedding reception went and hopefully report that the cake stayed up ok!
