Opps, I forgot to mention that at the pub (for the car show meeting) yesterday I had a slice of chocolate and orange cheesecake with some cream. (Well, what is a girl supposed to do when the rest of the folks at the meeting were eating so the meeting was late!)
Up at 8.15am
22 mins on the Wii fit - 4 x basic steps and 10 mins free steps (909 steps today)
9.10am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes
Quick dip in the bath and on with the day. I had planned to do my accounts today, but Paul informs me that the weather is supposed to be rubbish for the next couple of days so if I want to do outside stuff I should do it today.

1.45pm - Lunch - Ham, coleslaw, potato salad, cherry tomatoes and a tiny bit of cranberry and Wensleydale cheese.
Prunes, natural yoghurt and a tablespoon of oats.
Went out in the afternoon to finish sorting out the roof of my workshop extension...the roof is now water proof so I can concentrate on doing the door and inside bits on the next fine day we have (it has a nifty plastic sheet keeping it dry at the moment but that won't do long term).
Oh dear, tonight went a bit off course (still some naughties left in the cupboard from the weekend) and this afternoon I shared a big bag of crisps with Paul...I also finished off my mint cream chocolates (about 5 of them).
7.30pm - Supper - Beef stew (same as last night but with some peas and sweetcorn added) plus one new potato.
For afters I had some chocolate sponge (left over cut off bits from Harry's cake that were frozen) and a little cream.
