Wednesday - Off to the shops :-)

Up at 7.45am

8.30am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and 4 x cherry tomatoes

Went to the shops today with Bruce and Marcia and bought some things with my (early) birthday money...Paul told me how much it could have to treat myself for my birthday, so I got myself a few bits (not to be used before Sunday) including some colour changing outdoor lights (for when/if we get some sunshine) and a Zumba fit set including Zumba sticks, dvds and booklet (should come in handy after I have eaten the chocolates I also bought...lol).

Had something to eat in Morrison's before we came home.
12.00am - Lunch - Half (two small triangles) cheese sandwich, one cream and jam scone and a cup of tea...not that healthy I know, but better than the fried breakfast that they had...just about. ;-)

To be honest I think that really trying to get back on track before both mine and Paul's birthdays have gone by could be wishful thinking. Still it doesn't mean I have to go mad (except on my birthday when I will not be recording what I eat...thought I would let you know in advance, I am sure you understand!).

Going to take the dog out for a walk now, then I have loads of washing to fold and put away, washing up to do and am going to try and have a general tidy up.

7.20pm - Supper - Roast chicken breast, new potatoes baked in the oven with some butter, garlic and herbs, parsnips and carrots.
Prunes, natural yoghurt and oats.
