Monday and a fresh start

 Up at 8.15am

22mins on wii fit - 4 x basic steps plus 10mins free steps (917 steps).

9.00am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and 4 x cherry tomatoes

I am going to have a dip in the bath once I finish my breakfast, and then I will getting dressed and be doing my accounts. I'll post this now and update as the day goes on.

Hmm, haven't even touched my accounts yet. Washing, washing up, tidying, walking the dog, washing my hair, preparing a beef stew to put in the slow cooker for tonight's dinner...these are just some of the things that seemed more urgent. I might try to do some accounts after lunch, but there is still washing to be folded and put away, hoovering to do etc.
If I don't start them today I will get on with them first thing tomorrow.

1.15pm - Lunch - Ham, cherry tomatoes, coleslaw and potato salad. The last two are not really part of my healthy eating plan...but they are left over from the weekend and I always think it is wasteful to throw good food away, hence why I am finishing it.
Prunes and natural yoghurt with a sprinkling of oats on for afters.

6.15pm - Supper - Beef stew (beef, carrots, onions, mushrooms, tomato purée, garlic paste and stock)
Two peppermint cream chocolates. 

Went to a car show meeting tonight and didn't get back until late...hence updating this post on Tuesday morning.
