Weighed today and I had stayed the same weight, which kind of surprised me because things went a bit wrong food wise whilst we were away in Tynemouth...so at least I haven't gone backwards with my weight.
11.15am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 3 cherry tomatoes and 1 large mushroom
I didn't have an actual proper lunch, instead Marcia (mother-in-law) gave me a packet of biscuits yesterday, which today I succumbed to and I am a bit ashamed to admit I ate them all today instead of eating lunch.
Supper - 8.30pm - Fish, chips and mushy peas made by Paul.
Praline muller de luxe yoghurt for afters and a large glass of Pepsi Max.
