Thursday 27th June

Up at 9.00am

Was waiting for Paul's hire car to arrive so didn't do my exercises this morning, planning to have a day of cleaning and tidying today so that should count as exercise.

10.50am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes and 1 large mushroom.

3.15pm - Lunch - Cold roast chicken breast and ham with home made coleslaw (made with natural yoghurt and a little mustard instead of mayo) and tomatoes.
Natural yoghurt, prunes and oats for afters.

Got quite a lot of cleaning and tidying done this afternoon/evening.
Paul is in Glasgow tonight for work, so I spent the rest of the evening having a nice soak in the bath then had supper.

Supper - 9.30pm - Moroccan chicken and cous cous.
A rhubarb yoghurt for afters.
