Monday - Here I am again...

Up at 10.15am
I had set my alarm but must have turned it off and fallen asleep again.
11.45am - Brunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and 4 x cherry tomatoes.

Today wasn't that productive...I didn't feel like I had any get up and go.
I didn't do any exercise today, my legs were still really achy from the double dose of exercise I did on Saturday. Yesterday was a good day, but I did no exercise then either...and of course we ate what we fancied which included crisps (a shared big bag), revels (a shared big bag) and some cookies.
I don't know if the naughty food binge had something to do with my sluggish feeling today...possibly.
Did me getting up late make me feel like that or did the sluggishness mean I didn't get up until late?
I guess as I carry on with this journey I will see patterns emerging and get to know my body and its ways better.

4.00pm - Late lunch - Some ham, and then prunes with natural yoghurt and oats.

I was feeling quite down on myself by the evening...withdrawal symptoms from having no sugar today yet? It could be the case as whilst I was preparing supper I got really peckish and had a tiny bar of chocolate (green and blacks mini bar) and a crust of Granary bread with a bit of butter and jam on. Almost as soon as I had eaten them I started to feel better about myself...hmm, tricky.

8.45pm - Supper - Chicken coconut curry with brown rice.
Small can of Pepsi Max and a lemon Gu dessert.

So all in all not a great day food and exercise wise...perhaps this is going to show me that I really shouldn't indulge in naughty food too much. I will have to find a level that suits me, a little of what I fancy once a week, but not so much that I fall completely off the wagon so to speak.

Fingers crossed for a better day tomorrow. I will try and make sure I get up early and get a good start on my baking. Wish me luck!
