Up at 9.30am after a nice lie in.
32 minutes exercise on the Wii Fit...
2 x basic steps (no elusive perfect score), 2 x 10mins free steps with a total of 1004 and 1064 steps respectively. Plus 3 minutes jogging and a hula hoop game.
10.30am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and 4 x cherry tomatoes
Quick dip in the bath then dressed and off to the shops.
1.45pm - Back home
Did the washing up and a bit of tidying in the kitchen, then made my lunch.
2.30pm - 2 thick slices of ham, beetroot, cherry tomatoes and grated carrot.
Spent most of the afternoon trying to decide on somewhere to go for a weekend soon, Paul sounded really fed up when I spoke to him this afternoon and I thought that arranging a nice trip away would cheer him up. But I couldn't find anything just right so basically ended up wasting the afternoon.
*sigh* I don't seem to be doing too well just now at getting things done :-/
Argh, then got the nibbles whilst making dinner...and ended up eating some pickled onions, a slice of bread and butter, and also a small bit of chocolate that I found in the cupboard.
7.45pm - Supper - Roast chicken, garlic and herb baked potatoes and parsnips with peas and sweetcorn.
Oh dear, things went downhill even more after supper when I ended up having three scones with a little bit of clotted cream and strawberry jam on.
