Wednesday 12th July

Up at 9.30am

32 minutes exercise on the Wii Fit
4 x basic steps (1 x perfect!) and 20 minutes free steps (2028 steps).

11.00am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes
Plus one cup of decaffeinated Earl Grey tea (black, no sugar)

4.00pm - Lunch - Some cold roast chicken breast and two slices of ham, with beetroot and some home made coleslaw.
Natural yoghurt, prunes and oats for after.

8.30pm - Two small lamb chops (not very much meat on them) with some baked new potatoes (no butter etc on) with peas and carrots.
An ice cream fruit split ice lolly for afters.
