Thursday 20th June

Up at 8.30am
9.00am - Breakfast - Room service bought my breakfast to me, I had museli and two slices of wholemeal toast with some butter and jam. Also a couple of glasses of orange juice...a good start to the day I reckon (but we shall see if it manages to keep me full until lunchtime or not).

Well, breakfast did the trick and I spent most of the day walking along the coast from  Tynemouth to Whitley Bay and back...lovely day and lots of exercise.
Lunch - 3.00pm - A wholemeal bap with chicken breast, onion, tomato and a little mayo,, and one scope of liquorice and blackcurrant ice cream.

Afternoon treat of a peppermint chocolate slice and a almond cream meringue.

Supper - Half a beefburger (because it was a bit over cooked and I only ate half the burger and a bit of the bread, 3 x onion rings, some french fries and coleslaw.
Strawberries and a rolo dessert.
I also ate a banana and some salt and vinegar crisps...though this was partly in the hopes of making sure I don't get cramp tonight (it is worth a try...as I hate getting cramp and it can be soooooo painful).

Not a good day food wise, but I hope that the day of exercise helped to counteract the naughtiness.
