Weigh Day 17

I can't believe where the time has gone...weigh day 17 already and I've been on this (somewhat meandering) journey for nearly four months (four months tomorrow in fact).
So what was the result of today's weigh in I hear you cry?!
Well, I have lost 3lbs! As you know I have not been sticking to being good these past few weeks and have missed a couple of official weigh days, though I have weighed myself and so I know that I did put on weight in those two weeks...so today's weigh in puts me at the 1 stone 1lb lost mark. Now this is a good result of course, but part of me is a bit annoyed with myself as I reached the 1 stone lost mark a month ago...then the weight bobbed up and down (mainly up of course) in a sea of naughty treats that followed. However, I am not going to beat myself up about it...what's done is done, and even if I could have been further down the fitness road by now I have still come a long way and feel now that I can go the distance...however long it takes.
Below is my weight loss ticker which I will post every week now...note that the start weight was from when I started trying to lose weight in March 2011, not when I started the blog and regime.
My target weight is 11 stone (though I know my 'ideal weight' is a fair bit less than that, but I can reassess when I hit this target), this means if you can be bothered you could work out my original start weight and current weight...feel free to do so, but I won't make it easy for you by telling you...lol

So apart from the weighing how has the rest of the day gone?

Up at 7.30am to weigh, then back to bed for a happy and contented snooze.
Up for good at 9.30am
Checked e-mails then did my exercises

10.00am - Exercise - 32 minutes on the Wii Fit...3 x basic steps (1 x perfect), as I got a perfect score I decided not jinx myself and did a 3 minute jog instead of the 4th basic steps. Then 20 minutes free steps at the highest speed (2084 steps). I am going about as fast as I can with the steps now, so I guess if it starts feeling too easy the next 'step' (pardon the pun) is to up the time to 30mins...but for now this is still a good work out for me.

Put breakfast on to cook, whilst the bath was running and I took the dog for a walk.
Quick dip in the bath, then breakfast when I got out.
11.30am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes and 1 x large mushroom.

4.00pm - 1 x hobnob biscuit (not the chocolate kind mind you)

7.45pm - Supper - Half a Frey Bentos mince beef and onion pie (only pastry on top of those so not as bad as some), baked new potatoes with a little bit of butter on and healthy choice baked beans (no added sugar or salt).
Natural yoghurt, raspberries, blueberries and oats for afters.
