Thursday 13th June

Up at 9.00am

30 minutes exercise in the gym - mainly upper body weights with some stomach crunches thrown in for good measure

12.00pm - Brunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes and 1 x large mushroom

Spent the afternoon working on computer stuff for my Step Dad. Heading away from the comp for a bit now to have a cup of tea then do the washing up and fold some washing.

17.15pm Cup of decaffeinated Earl Grey tea, black no sugar

8.15pm - Chicken breast baked with garlic and a little barbecue sauce, new potatoes with paprika, roast vegetables (peppers, mushrooms and onion).

9.30pm - Natural yoghurt, prunes and oats.
