Up at 9.30am
30 mins exercise on the Wii Fit - 30mins free steps, fast tempo (3020 steps)
10.30am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 6 x tiny cherry tomatoes and 2 x mushrooms.
3.00pm - Lunch - Ham, home made coleslaw (with natural yoghurt and a little mustard instead of mayo) and tomatoes.
Natural yoghurt, prunes and oats for afters.
7.45pm - Supper - Roast chicken breast with green beans, sweetcorn, peas and a few mushrooms.
Mini chocolate covered hazelnut ice cream bar.
So not a bad day really, yes the ice cream bar was naughty...but I had resisted some major cravings earlier in the evening so I thought that I deserved a little treat for being strong earlier.
