Up at 9.15am (as the Tesco grocery delivery was coming between 10-12).
Did 33 minutes on the Wii Fit - 3 x basic steps (1 perfect), 4 minutes jogging then 2 x 10 minutes free steps on the highest speed (1040 + 1071 steps).
Tesco delivery arrived and I put all the shopping away.
Then I made breakfast for Paul and myself.
11.20am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes, 1 x large mushroom...plus a few bits of sliced new potatoes fried in a olive oil with a small nob of butter (well, it is the weekend and we had some left over from last nights dinner).
Then I checked my e-mails and did some other bits and pieces, after that Paul and I went to the 'gym' (weight machine and exercise bike etc in one of our out buildings...for those who don't know).
We did 30 minutes, with me concentrating mainly on upper body weights (as I had already worked out my legs for the day).
After that we sorted out some stuff from the out buildings and I decided to tidy and sort the shed out for my father-in-law (as an early father's day pressie).
Then feeling inspired I headed to my workshop and gave that a good sort out too.
It is not perfect but more organised and a lot of stuff moved into the extension I have built on the the workshop...so more room to work. I will sort it out further possibly tomorrow afternoon.
By the time I was finished for the day it was about 8.45pm and I hadn't even thought about food.
I had intended to cook chicken korma, but as it was so late we decided to be naughty and Paul treated us a takeaway (again, it is the weekend...besides I had been on the go all day any food other than breakfast).
So I had a soak in the bath whilst we waited for the food.
9.30pm - Supper - Small garlic chicken pizza with some twirly fries and four onion rings. Yummy!
The rest of the evening was spent watching TV with Paul.
Tomorrow is our nephews 1st birthday, so there will be cake...for this reason, and because as I mentioned before I may not do the blog tomorrow and if I do I probably won't mention what I have eaten. I think it is good to have a day off once a week...we shall see how this works out, if I find I am slipping too much I will reconsider.
I hope you have all had a good Saturday and enjoy the rest of your weekend. x
