Sat 15th March

Up at 9.30am

Up fairly early for a Saturday due to Paul snoring! lol
Mind you it was good really as it meant I got up and headed out to the some gardening.
Paul helped me move some sleepers to edge the raised veggie bed (shown below)

Then he went in to watch football and I carried on working. I made a start on the side which will have gates into the beds, there will be two little opening gates and the rest of the edge will have wire netting to keep the rabbits off the veggies. I also made a start on the first path, the aim is to have two thinner beds each side and a wider one in the middle which I will be able to work on from either side.

Digging is pretty hard work (especially when you are not used to it), so I did what I thought was enough for one day then headed in for a soak in the bath.
As you may have noticed I didn't have any breakfast...I didn't really plan this, just didn't feel that hungry and wanted to get busy outside (which was as well because the weather go down hill a little as the day went on).

3.00am - Barbecue pulled pork pie, mixed veg (cauliflower, broccoli, peas and carrots), parsnip chips (cooked with a little olive oil in the oven) and a few baked beans.
A tiny (you know...those kids choice ones) satsuma and a kiwi fruit for afters.

6.30pm - Paul let me have a small bakewell tart (he had two left from Tuesday, but I had already eaten mine...so he kindly shared with me).

8.00pm - Cheese and tomato on G/W free brown toast.
Really feel like something else...but will try and resist because I know I am not actually hungry, just craving something naughty.
