1.30pm - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes and 2 x large mushrooms.
3.45pm - 1 x sultana scone, cream and jam
5.30pm - Natural yoghurt, half a banana, some prunes and oats
7.15pm - Coconut chicken curry and brown rice
Some mini marshmallows for afters (I really shouldn't keep things like that in the cupboard...I can't be trusted).
Don't feel like I had a productive day today, weather was unpleasant and it is too easy just to stay in and catch up on the tv programmes on the planner. Must do more tomorrow!
