I wasn't feeling hungry in the morning and was busy doing other things so didn't eat until later in the day.
2.30pm - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes
As it is car club tonight the plan is to eat before I go out as follows...
6.30 - Chicken breast (skinless) and vegetables (mixed cauliflower, carrots, green beans, sweetcorn and peas).
There will be nibbles at car club tonight to celebrate our first night in the new venue, but hopefully as I will have eaten just before going I won't be too tempted.
