Thursday 27th March

Firstly an admission about yesterday night. I had said I was feeling peckish but didn't think I really needed anything to eat. Apparently that wasn't what my body thought, I ended up sneeking some Cadbury's mini eggs from the cupboard, then decided I should eat something a bit more substantial to stop further snacking. So I also ate a toasted cinnamon and raisin muffin with some butter on.
Anyway, back to today...

Up at 9.20am

11.00am - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 4 x cherry tomatoes and 3 x mushrooms

I went to the physio at 12 o'clock and  he has signed me off from further visits, whilst I still have some discomfort and occasional pain he says I have progressed well and he can see a definite improvement in the way I am moving. So I just need to continue the exercises he has given me and hope that things keep improving.

3.30pm - Two slices of G/W free toast with chive Philadelphia on and a large tangerine for after.

Spent the afternoon baking.
I confess to pinching a few chocolate mini eggs and a few off cuts of cake.

6.30pm - Paul bought home some food from KFC (I had some how managed to forget to get anything out of the freezer for dinner...opps!). I had a BBQ chicken breast burger with corn on the cob instead of fries for my side and a cup of Pepsi Max.

Weigh day tomorrow...exercise has been missing this week and I have had a few slips food wise. If I lose this week it will be more luck than judgement...but I still live in hope.
