Thursday 13th March

Up at 9.30am

11.00am - Home made muesli - Oats, mixed dried fruit, dessicated coconut, Macadamia nuts, cranberries with semi skimmed milk

Went to the physio and he says my movement is getting better, which is good. I am going back again in another two weeks time to see how things are improving.

4.00pm - Toasted cheese and tomato sandwich with a little mayo.
Small satsuma for afters.

It was baking today and I did end up eating a few little off cuts...well I had to flatten the buns to put icing on top, so it seemed a shame to waste it...:-/

7.30pm - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, mushrooms, tomatoes and a few baked beans.
Then a small chocolate bun with a little buttercream.

Weigh day tomorrow...not sure how well it will go, but we shall see.
