8.30am - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 3 x mushrooms and 1 x large tomato
9.00am - I headed off to the farm to help out again. Herding out the sheep, mucking out pens and feeding lambs kept me busy until 11.45am
My back was hurting a bit today...so not sure if I will be going tomorrow, I'll see how I feel in the morning.
12.30pm - Weight watchers tomato and basil soup with 2 slices of g/w free toast and butter.
Natural yoghurt, some raspberries, blueberries, half a chopped banana and oats.
Then two g/w free cookies.
4.00pm - Three more g/w free cookies...I think it is best I go back to not having stuff in the house, it seems I can't be trusted.
Later tonight I will be having...
1 x pork steak and vegetables (no potatoes)
