Friday 10th – Day Forty Six - Seventh Weigh Day



Up at 6.40am

Weigh day today, and I am pleased to report a 2 ¼ lb loss. This means I have lost a total of 1 stone 5 ¾ lbs since I started this new way of eating on the 26th May.
A total weight loss of 2 stone 2 ¾ lbs since I decided I needed to do something about my weight way back in January 2013, so I think we can safely say that this new regime is working better and allowing me to stick to it more than things I have done in the past.

10.30am – Natural yoghurt, strawberries, raspberries, black currants topped with a tablespoon each of oats and mixed seeds.

2.45pm – Can of pea and ham soup and one slice of seeded gluten free toast with some butter on.

Running late for dinner…again
9.15pm – Some Roast Pork and apple flavoured crisps whilst preparing dinner
9.45pm – A three egg omelette with bacon, onion, mushrooms and feta cheese in it.
A Mr Whippy style ice cream cone for afters (I bought them a while back and only just remembered they were in the freezer).
