Up at 7.10am (tiny extra bit of lie in which doesn’t quite
make up for the fact that I didn’t get to bed last night until 3am)
Weigh day today and although I haven’t lost anything this week at least I haven’t put any on…holding steady at a total lost of 1 stone and 3½ lbs to date since starting this new way of eating. Not surprised I didn’t loss any, I strayed from the diet several times during the week and haven’t really been drinking enough water (both things that often happen when I am as busy as I have been this week). We are away at the weekend, and I am sure I will be at least a little bit naughty then so may well do a fast when I get home to get back on track again.

9.15am - Headed off for my cleaning job, running 15 mins
late
Three hours of dusting, polishing and hoovering…very hot!
4.30pm – Whoops, after getting back from cleaning I got tied
up doing several jobs and have only just thought about eating (as my stomach
was complaining…LOUDLY…lol).
Natural yoghurt with fresh picked strawberries, some oats,
mixed seeds and a dash of double cream.
9.30pm – Whoops, it has all gone rather to pot…
Half a portion of battered sweet and sour chicken balls an quarter of a portion of chips, washed down with a can of Pepsi Max (not anywhere near the amount I used to eat…but totally stuffed now). Definitely a fast called for after the weekend!
