Up at 7.05am
Soooo, weigh day today and although my eating hasn’t been
perfect this week I have still managed to lose 2¾lbs. I am very pleased with
that (especially considering that last week when I didn’t record my weight I
had put on ½ lb) and it brings my total loss so far on this new way of eating
to *drum roll*…..1st 8lbs in the two months.
That may not set any records, but it is great to know I am
really heading in the right direction and I can really see and feel the
difference J
8.05am - One rasher of bacon, two boiled egg, three cherry
tomatoes and three small mushrooms.
Was supposed to have some natural yoghurt and raspberries
etc for lunch, but got side tracked and didn’t end up having anything.
Went out to the car show committee post show catch up meeting, and there were nibbles there so scoffed various mini pork pies, sausage rolls, mini savoury eggs etc plus a little cupcake and millionaire’s shortbread.
Then when I got home at around 9pm Paul had ordered himself a pizza whilst I was out and got me my fave chicken dish Pollo Bel Sol (chicken breast in tomato and garlic sauce with mozzarella) with some breaded garlic mushrooms on the side.
So a bit of a naughty day foodwise today and I am going to
give myself a total day off from sticking to healthy food tomorrow. So I won’t
be writing my blog on Saturday.
