I was flat out with preparations for, working at and recovering from the car show...lol
Saturday I was out most of the day doing the layout for the show, I seem to remember I had something to eat before going out in the morning...just drank water during the day then had some dinner when we got home (I seem to remember I had a chicken korma and rice ready meal).
Sunday we left the house at 6.15am (didn't get round to breakfast before going) and I spent most just drinking water, after a sausage and bacon roll in the morning (I left most of the bread). I was on my feet for most of the day and was totally knackered by the time we left to come home at around 5.45pm. We had pizza takeaway that night.
Monday was supposed to be a total rest day, but it turned into a 'me replying to people moaning about the things that weren't right with the show' day. Didn't stick to the diet consuming various 'naughty' food stuffs left over from the consolation prizes that I bought for the tombola as well as some 'proper' food.
Tuesday was a similar day. Paul was away with work for the night so I indulged in a Twilight film afternoon and evening (not as bad as I thought it would be...lol), whilst nibbling some naughties.
So today is Wednesday, and it is time for a fast. So no food for me today, just trying to ensure I drink plenty of water. Up at 7.00am and got my outside jobs out of the way (cleaning up chicken coop, watering plants inside poly tunnel and out) now it is time to get the house back in some sort of order as in the lead up to the show housework rather fell by the wayside.
Car club tonight...but I will just take a bottle of water with me to drink rather than having a drink inside the pub.
Edit: I wrote this earlier in the day with the best intentions of doing a full day of fasting, however I had grocery shopping delivered today and realised whilst putting away my new yoghurt pots that I already had a pack of four in the fridge and they were use by today. Well, I hate to see good food going to waste so decided to have a couple of pots with raspberries and blackcurrants from the garden, topped with mixed seeds and oats at around 3.15pm. That will be my only food to day though.
