Thursday 16th + Friday 17th - Day 52 + 53

Ok, so I missed a day again. So here is the round up of yesterday before today's post.

Up at 6.45am
Had a quick clear up in the chicken coop and watered plants in poly tunnel.
10.00am - One rasher of bacon, two boiled egg, one mushroom and three cherry tomatoes.
Tidied up in kitchen and hoovered up.
11.30am - Got on with my baking, quite a big bake this fortnight...three large cakes, millionaire's shortbread, Viennese biscuits and jam tarts

3.45pm - A few olives and a handful of mixed nuts.

Managed to get all the baking done in time to get ready for a Rotary club meeting where they were handing out cheques to various worthy causes (the president who is also the lead chap on the car show committee wanted me to go along as I had helped organise the car show which is one of the three events that raising the money they give out to the charities).
There was a buffet at the event and I had a plateful with various things...I won't list them here but they weren't all on the list of what I should be eating. I also had an apple and raspberry J20.

Got home around 9.45pm and then had to finish off the cakes for tomorrow, icing them.
Headed to bed at around midnight.

So to Friday...
Up at 7am
Weigh day today and sadly I didn't lose any...in fact I put on ½lb. Though I am not very surprised, this past week has not been a disciplined week food wise...and my schedule has been all over the place. Plan to get properly back on track this week (though not today as you will see in a bit).

8.20am -  One rasher of bacon, two boiled egg, one mushroom and three cherry tomatoes.
9.00am - Went off to my cleaning job and did my three hours of dusting, polishing and hoovering...very hot work today.

12.30pm - Natural yoghurt, fresh raspberries and blackcurrants topped with some oats and mixed seeds.

Spent the afternoon having a quick clean up of the chicken coop, then took down one area of the chicken pen (they are free ranging round half of the garden these days so the extra pen isn't needed.

Ate a few berries during the afternoon, very tempting when you walk past them in the garden, then had a few nuts at around 4.30pm.

Tonight we decided to have a takeaway. I had chicken in a tomato and wine sauce with mozzerella, plus some breaded garlic mushrooms and twirly fries.
Two cans of Pepsi max and a small chocolate mousse with some strawberries rounded off the evenings food.

Not the best day in terms of food, but I aim to do better throughout this week.
