Up at 7.20am
8.30am – Natural yoghurt with chopped banana and
raspberries, sprinkled with a tablespoon each of oats and mixed seeds.
1.30pm – Ham, 2 x boiled eggs, lettuce, beetroot (not
pickled), cherry tomatoes, cucumber (my first from the poly tunnel), some
artichoke in olive oil and a few green olives.
One pink wafer biscuit for afters.
8.15pm - Liver and bacon in onion gravy, with some buttered
mash.
Then a packet of pork scratchings.
