Up at 7.00am
8.15am – One rasher of bacon, two boiled eggs, four cherry
tomatoes and three small mushrooms.
3.15pm – Natural yoghurt with a chopped banana, raspberries,
oats and mixed seeds.
A few gooseberries afterwards picked from the garden whilst
out walking the dog.
4.45pm – Handful of nuts and a few olives.
A crust of wheat and gluten free white with some butter and
strawberry jam on it whilst making dinner.
7.45pm – Four tiny new potatoes, handmade pork and apple
burgers, cherry tomatoes, courgette (all cooked in the oven) and curly kale.
Not too bad a day food wise.
