Bank Holiday Monday

Right, I'm back...not fully back into being total good mode, but back to trying.
Yesterday was full of treats, but I shan't tell you what...that is my secret...lol

Up at 9.30am
No exercise planned for today, but to that tomorrow.
11am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and 4 x cherry tomatoes

3.30pm - Lunch - Pork sandwich on wholemeal bread with a little apple sauce and a few leftover potatoes.
Berries and natural yoghurt plus one shortbread biscuit.

6.00pm - Snack - Pineapple lumps (chewy sweets) and 1 x cream and jam scone (one of Paul's)
 
8.30pm - Supper - Oh dear, two more cream and jam scones, plus 1 x shortbread biscuit.

It all went a bit wrong today...but I am going to try really hard to get back on track tomorrow.
I guess it just goes to show that if you let things slip too much it is much harder work to get back on the straight and narrow.
