Weigh Day 9

Up at 10.15am this morning...couldn't seem to summon the motivation to get out of bed. I am sure part of this was knowing that I had to weigh and also knowing that it wouldn't be a good result as this week has been all over the place.
So I weighed when I got up, hoping that the fact I had made a bathroom visit would help the result and perhaps it did because although my weight is up...it is only by 1lb. Phew, it could have been so much worse.
I intend to do another five day detox come starting Monday and when our grocery shopping arrives this afternoon it has no naughty foods in it, so that should help. I do have a few cans of Pepsi max left which we bought the other day, I will make sure to have these with a meal and not in between as I don't that helps.

Brunch - 11.30am - Still no bacon, so porridge again...with blueberries today.

I have imposed a personal lockout from face book and other time wasting websites between 9am-5pm on weekdays...this should help make sure I will get more done in future.
Today I intend to get my new bedside cabinet made, make eight more bat stickers, then fold and put away the huge mound of washing that appears to be trying to escape from the wash basket! There is lots more to do, but I will get to that when the first jobs are done.

Late Lunch - 3.30pm - Ham, tomato and cucumber sandwich with wholemeal bread and a little mayo.
One plum for afters.

6.00pm - Slice of fruit cake

8.00pm - Dinner - 2 pork steaks, new potatoes cooked in the oven with a little butter, garlic and herbs and peas and sweetcorn.
Small lemon cheesecake and one biscuit.

Not a bad day, I managed to get the bedside cabinet made and it will fit in really well with the rest of the bedroom furniture (not the same range but surprisingly similar).


 I also finished the bat stickers and packaged up the keyrings etc ready to post tomorrow.
