Up at 7.45am
20 mins on the Wii fit - 4 x basic steps and 10mins free steps.
8.30am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and 4 x cherry tomatoes
1.30pm - Lunch - Ham, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, beetroot and pineapple.
Prunes and natural yoghurt.
2.00pm Finally start baking
7.45pm -Supper - Pork steak with oven baked parsnips, one new potato, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and onion.
Berries and natural yoghurt, then a small hot chocolate (made with some cream, two cubes of dark chocolate and milk) to finish off.
Weigh day tomorrow...keep your fingers crossed for me...;-)
