Up at 10.30am after a nice lie in with Paul and Gizmo.
11.00am - Breakfast - 1 x bacon, 1 x egg and 4 cherry tomatoes (shared my bacon with Paul).
Spent time outside, started work on my fruit tree enclosure/netted area in front of the workshop...didn't seem to get that much done, but the first screen is up so that is a start.
(Came in a snacked a Wispa bar and half a can of Pepsi Max from last night!)
This week will be mostly spent making a three tier wedding cake...making wired ivy tomorrow, baking on Tuesday, flat coating the wedding cakes and baking Harry' christening cake on Wednesday, decorating the wedding cake and flat coating Harry's cake on Thursday which leaves Friday for finishing touches to the wedding cake before delivery on Friday night, and decorating Harry's (loads of animals as it is a Noah's ark cake).
So alas the tree area will have to wait for awhile to be finished, but at least as I have made a start it should mean it will definitely get finished!
3.30pm - Lunch - Roast chicken breast, roast potatoes and green beans.
Salted caramel and chocolate tart for afters (as Paul didn't want his) washed down with a Pepsi Max.
That is as far as I have got today...off to put up a shelf and some other finishing touches to the bedroom. I have filled in the following in case I don't get round to posting later...but will make any changes that happen as soon as I get a chance....
Around 7.30pm I should be having supper - Granary toast with pate, some tortilla chips.
Prunes and natural yoghurt with oats, washed down with a nice cup of tea.
