Friday - A Cleaning I will Go!

Up at 7.30am
Weighed and although it wasn't a spectacular result it was another 1lb down which means I am no tantalisingly close (just one more pound to go) to one stone lost since the start of this regime. Of course had I not indulged at Easter and not been ill not exercising I would have reached and passed this first target by now...but there is no point looking back, so I will just look forward and keep my fingers crossed for next week. Feel free to cross your fingers for me too, after all every little helps...right? ;-) 

I am going to try something different with regard to my blog posting, that is to post it as I go, which means if you look at this blog at 2pm today you will see up to my lunch, I will add my supper details and anything else that happens later. That way if I forget or get held up doing the evening part of the blog you will still have something to read (yes, I mean you Sarah...I don't want you getting withdrawal symptoms ;-) ).

8.20am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and 4 x cherry tomatoes

9.00am - Off to my cleaning job and three hours of dusting, polishing, hoovering and going up and down stairs (living in a bungalow I miss out on regular jaunts up and down them...lol).

1.20pm - Lunch - Ham, cucumber and tomato sandwich with wholemeal bread and a thin spread of butter.
Prunes, natural yoghurt and oats.

7.30pm - Gave in to that weekend feeling by having a chicken, mushroom and garlic pizza with curly fries...and if that wasn't enough, I also shared a chocolate cupcake with Paul and washed it down with a Pepsi Max. Yummy! :-)
