Up at 10.30am
11.30am - Breakfast - Porridge made with semi-skimmed milk, with added blueberries and sultanas.
3.30pm - Late Lunch - Chicken breast with tomato and marscapone sauce, mustard mash potato and green beans.
Summer fruit sponge pudding and cream for afters.
Managed to get a fair bit cleared away today, but still a bit to do tomorrow. I think the main thing is that I have too much junk and not enough room for it all...lol
8.00pm - Supper - Granary toast with chicken pate and red onion marmalade.
Ready salted crisps, two choc chip shortcake biscuits and a cup of tea.
