Friday - Weigh Day 8

Up at 7.30am and straight onto the scales.
And the result today is a 3lb loss, so 3/4 of what I put on last week has come off...still 2lb to come off before I reach the one stone weight loss mark. Maybe next week??

8.00am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and 4 x cherry tomatoes

Off to do my fortnightly cleaning job at 9.00am.
Three hours dusting, cleaning and hoovering means that at least I have done a decent amount of exercise today.

2.00pm - Lunch - One ham sandwich with onion and mayonnaise on wholemeal bread.
One satsuma for afters.

We are off to a restaurant again tonight for a meal with Paul's folks...not sure what I will be having, but as I don't get out much I think I will just enjoy whatever I fancy.

I am posting this now, but will add on what happens tonight later...

7.00pm - Meal out...
Starter - Chicken pate with wholemeal toast, salad and red onion marmalade/relish.
Main - Breaded pork medallions with green beans and sautéed potatoes
Pudding - Raspberry Crème Brulee

Home now and I am toying with the idea of making myself a hot chocolate with some chocolate ganache left over from the cake making yesterday and some milk...yeah, don't mind if I do...:-)
