Up at 9.45am
I feel like I have a cold coming...a bit of a sore throat and a slight tightness of the chest (apparently it looks like it came from the same person at Paul's work who is always spreading colds etc), still it is just a minor inconvenience so onwards and upwards.
Exercise today was 32 minutes on the Wii Fit, 4 x basic steps (not one perfect...goes to show you have to keep practising!) and 20 minutes free steps doing a total of 2008 steps.
11.15am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and 4 x cherry tomatoes
The reason today isn't quite back to normal is that we are heading to Tynemouth tonight and will be staying in a hotel tonight and tomorrow night as Paul is working there on Wednesday. So dinner tonight will be in a restaurant so I will have to try and pick the least naughty option, plus tomorrow's meals will all be what I can find at the hotel or in the town. Still the up side is that the hotel is across the road from the beach, so I intend to spend a good part of Wednesday walking along the prom or beach (fingers crossed for nice weather!).
I'm afraid this also means that I won't be finishing this blog tonight as I don't have access to the internet whilst we are away. I will keep a note of what I do and what I eat and will report back on my return. I am going to write in advance what I going to have for lunch as I intend to eat around 3.00pm before we leave at 3.30pm, then I will publish and add on my supper and any other details when I get home again.
So...
3.00pm - Lunch - Ham and home made coleslaw sandwich on wholemeal bread.
Berries and natural yoghurt to follow.
