Right, here we are..Monday morning and time to re-new my efforts.
Up at 7.45am this morning, made Paul's lunch and got dressed. I am still not feeling great, but considerably better than I have been feeling.
8.30am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and 4 x cherry tomato
I have not done any exercise this morning, but I am just about to go into my bedroom, strip everything out and move all the furniture around in readiness for the new flat pack furniture which will be arriving tomorrow. I think this will give me enough exercise for today...if not I will get on the steps as well later.
2.15pm - Lunch - Ham and onion sandwich on wholemeal bread with scraping of mayonnaise.
Some tinned prunes and natural yogurt
9.00pm - Supper - A bit late due to needing to get the bedroom in some sort of sleep-able state and forgetting about making it earlier. Roast pork, a couple of small new potatoes (boiled then baked with a little butter on) and green beans. No afters.
Sorry this is late, but I nearly forgot...now I need to get back in the bedroom and finish sorting it enough to go to bed very soon...lol
