Lazying on a Sunday Afternoon (and morning)

I have decided that today I won't do any exercise as such, still got things to do around the house...a women's work is never done right, and just allow myself to enjoy the day.

I got up later this morning...having a lie in until 10am, then up and made breakfast.

10.30am Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg and 4 x cherry tomatoes

Paul has got a metal detector so we went out around the garden with that but it was freezing and standing around whilst he dug for treasure wasn't helping me keep warm so I came inside.

2.30pm Lunch - Roast chicken breast, four new potatoes with a little butter and garlic, green beans and carrots.

7.30pm Teatime - Two slices of thick wholemeal toast with home made chicken pate, little tuna mix (left over from yesterday), a little cold bacon steak with some cucumber, cherry tomatoes and beetroot. And to finish a couple of strawberries, some raspberries and rolled oats mixed with natural yoghurt.



Variations from the detox diet today are...
some butter
4 x new potatoes
2 x thick wholemeal toast
some home made chicken pate (naughties in that are butter and cream)
2 x strawberries
some raspberries
oats

I am off to the farm again tomorrow, so need to make sure I make something for my lunch...probably chicken based with the leftovers from the roast.
